This is one of the few buildings in Braam that was originally built as a residential building as opposed to being converted from offices.

The entrance hall also provides 24-hour security with biometric access control.
Our happy tenants claim this is the best student accommodation available and all sport a fully fitted kitchen with a microwave, 4-hotplate-stove and a fridge.
