Terms and Conditions
Introducers commission will be paid to the introducers nominated South African bank account once the introduced tenant has paid 3 months or more of their rent and they have no outstanding amounts owing to SDS Properties whether for rental, deposits or other.
Should the tenant cancel their lease within the first 3 months of the lease period then no introducers commission will be due.
